‘NEW’ one-page abstracts are for Poster Sessions only.

The abstract submission deadline is July 31, 2020.
NOTE: (1) One-page abstracts will NOT be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other A&I databases; (2) Full papers are NOT required; and (3) To be considered for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, full papers (4 to 6 pages) must be submitted by July 31, 2020.
Submission Guideline for Review
You MUST submit a single PDF that has to conform to the preparation guideline of 1-page abstracts:
- Prepare an abstract using the word template.
- Abstract format: You MUST use the template of 1-page abstracts
- Template: Click the button below to download the word template.
- Convert to PDF
- An abstract file needs to be converted into its PDF version for submission.
- Please limit the size of the PDF file to be 5 Mb.
- Submit an abstract (1 page) in a single PDF for review by July 31, 2020.

Requirements of the Layout of ‘NEW’ 1-Page Abstract
- Manuscript should NOT contain any 1) Page numbers; 2) Headers; 3) Footers.
- Author List. The author names should be listed in the order of First Name, Middle Name or Initial (if any), and then Last (Sir) Name. DO NOT indicate any membership UNLESS the author is a member of the IEEE.
- Figure. One representative figure is allowed. Ensure every figure in your paper is clear enough, with a standard of 300 dots per inch (dpi).
- References. If references are to be included, IEEE style of reference citations must be used. Please do NOT use reference styles from publications of other societies or organizations.
- Paper size. As for IEEE conferences, the paper size for submission must be A4.
- Paper format. Use the word template.
NOTE: For submission, abstract files need to be converted into its PDF versions!
