Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentation Guidelines
- Plenary Talks are scheduled for 45 minutes (including Q&A) each.
- Keynote Talks are schedule for 30 minutes (including Q&A) each.
- Invited Talks are schedule for 30 minutes (including Q&A) each.
- Oral presentation should prepare a 12-minute talk and 3-minute Q&A.
- Please arrive at the venue for the presentation 10 minutes before your session begins, and you will be using your own laptop.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
We invite contributions describing the latest scientific and technological research results in subjects including, but not limited to:
- Poster Size: A0 ( 841 x 1189 mm or 33.1 x 46.8 inches)
- Each presenter should prepare a poster in advance, and there is no poster printing service available on site.
- Poster boards will be numbered, please stick your poster on the corresponding poster board 10 minutes before your session begins.
- Your poster is only displayed during your poster session, please take down your poster at the end of your session.
