Notes

ALL presenters and attendees have to register online.
Paper Uploads: In order to submit the final paper or video submission at least one of the authors must register for the conference on or before April 5, 2025. Each registration is allowed to upload up to one paper. Non-registered papers will not be included in the conference proceedings or published in IEEE Xplore®.
Extra Paper Charge: An additional CNY 2,000 must be paid by the same author for each additional paper to be presented at the conference and included in the proceedings if the additional paper(s) has no other registered authors.
Extra Page Charge: Papers with 4-6 pages are free of charge. For papers with more than 6 pages, the author will be required to pay CNY 1,275 per page for the extra pages (max. 2) to be included in the conference proceedings.
Student Registration: Student registrants must send relevant studentship proof document which indicates their full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student status to ieeenems2025@gmail.com. Please include [STUDENTSHIP] at the beginning of your email’s subject line.
Attendee Registration: If you wish to attend the conference without presenting a paper, please enter 999 in the paper ID field when completing the registration form.
